A 30 minute ‘meet & greet’ session is available via zoom or telephone.
If you wish to continue with therapy, after this initial session, then subsequent sessions will cost £45 per hr, via Zoom, telephone and walk & talk or £50 per hr session for face to face.

Coaching Prices

If you wish to continue with coaching, after the initial session, then subsequent sessions will cost £80 per 90 mins, via zoom, face to face or walk & talk.
Group Work Prices
The Re-connect group programme takes place 2 hrs a week over 6 weeks and costs £270 (payment plans available). Maximum of 4 people per group
A new workshop will be introduced on a monthly basis which lasts 2 hrs and costs £50. Maximum of 6 people per workshop (to find out more about the workshops please follow me on Instagram or Facebook)
